- 1. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
No – we are happy to deliver even just one item
- 2. CAN I ORDER BY PHONE OR LINE?

- 3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DESIGN?
We will do the design for you for FREE!
- 4. CAN I SEND MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION?
Yes – just give us the name and address of the person you want us to deliver to in the ‘Delivery Details’ section when you are placing your order.
- 5. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES?
If you detect an error(s) or damage(s) on your items, please take photos of the damaged items and email them to us immediately so we can evaluate and arrange if we can do a replacement for you.
- 6. IN CASE MILANO TROPHY IS RUNNING OUT OF STOCK?
While we aim to hold all items featured on our website in stock, there are occasions when, due to high demand, we run out of stock for certain items. If this occurs while processing your order, we will contact you either by telephone or email or Line to inform. We will give you the opportunity to select an alternative item, cancel the item from your order, or to wait for the product to come back into stock – the choice is always yours.
- 7. I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?
To cancel your order, you must inform us in writing or email. Cancellation would not be available when the order is in process.
- 8. HOW QUICKLY MY ORDER WILL DELIVER?
Unless the item ordered is unavailable, most orders will arrive within 24 hours after the design is confirmed. It may take longer depending on the quantity of your order. We will contact you if any items on your order are out of stock to advise on lead times or suggest an alternative.
